Based on her past life experience, Melissa was supposed to come and pick her up after a week.

Ava knew that she had no blood relation to Harries and was unsure if Harriet was aware of the truth. Nevertheless, Ava wholeheartedly took care of Harriet until the peacefully passed away

A week later, a thunderbolt flashed, and it was the same rainy night, but something was different.
The raindrops fell heavily, pounding against the windows and creating a pitter–patter sound.

There was already a girl standing there, seeking shelter from the rain. She was tall and slender, with a delicate figure.
She wore a white dress that reached just above her knees due to her height. Her slender legs seemed to emit a radiant glow looking extremely
attractive.
Then, a bolt of lightning struck, illuminating her face in the dark night. The girl’s face appeared hauntingly beautiful in the moonlight
The two men involuntarily glanced at each other and swallowed nervously.
This place was Brookhaven, which was right next to Rosemont and just over an hour’s drive away
This area was the old district of Brookhaven with outdated infrastructure and certainly no surveillance.

The raindrops suddenly decreased in size and patterned lightly on the ground.
Ava looked up at the raindrops, preparing to dive into the misty rain.

voice was calm and soft, with a touch of special charm that lacked intimidation but instead held a certain allure.
The man smirked in a lecherous manner. “Hey pretty girl, don’t be afraid. We just want to talk to you. Come here, beautiful.”
Another man sipped forward and reached out his hand, attempting to touch Ava’s Exce
On closer inspection, they noticed that Ava’s skin was unbelievably flawless. It must feel incredible to touch.
However, before he could make contact, Ava swiftly kicked, sending the man flying like a kite in the air. He was in the air for a moment and then ⠀⠀ crashed heavily into the front of a car.
Joshua Smith involuntarily cursed and slammed on the brakes just in time to avoid running the car over the fallen men
He was still in shock. It was truly an unexpected disaster.
He could not help but look to his right, but he did not see how Ava had made her move. The man, who had grabbed her wrist, let out a howl of pain as his fingers forcefully snapped, all five of them.
At the same time, his shoulder was dislocated as Ava pulled him away. The man’s face turned pale with agony. He had thought that Ava was a delicate and gentle young girl, but he never expected her to be so formidable.
His friend had been kicked away, and now, he was so frightened that his legs turned weak. He let go of Awa’s hand, intending to run, b already too late

He thought his jaw was about to hit the ground. Never in his wildest dreams had he imagined that there could be such a strong and formidable girl in the world. She was unlike any other girl be had ever encountered before.
Brookhaven was full of hidden talents, indeed,” thought Joshua
“Cabe, should we call the police or pretend like we didn’t see anything?” Joshua askeif
Before he could fish his sentence, Gabriel Anderson had already opened the car door, stepped out, and opened a black umbrella as he walked

Ava took out several wet tours from her bag and repeatedly wiped her wrist and fingers as if they were contaminated with some kind of bacteria
Her movements were unhurried, and she did not even spare a glance at those two men.
Her actions were graceful, and her fingers were slender.
In front of her appeared a pair of men’s shoes
Ava raised her head to see a tall and upright man with a pair of hunter eyes, deep and mesmerizing, staring at her.
