I wrapped my arms around his neck, took out my phone, and snapped a photo while planting a kiss on his cheek.
At the moment of the kiss, Raleigh’s pupils slightly contracted.
“I have to post this on my social media, or else you might disappear on me.”
Before Raleigh could react, I swiftly posted the picture and then casually opened the food container he brought.
A fragrant aroma filled the air as steam rose from the dishes.
I noticed they were all my favorite dishes from university – braised fish, meatballs, along with various meats and vegetables, all beautifully arranged. 1
I glanced at the other thermos and found it contained pumpkin soup.
As I looked at the dishes, I felt a brief surge of emotion, but it soon faded, and I regained
my composure.
My mom looked at me happily enjoying the food, then at Raleigh with a grateful expression. “You’re so thoughtful, Raleigh. We were just about to ask Stella what she would like to eat, and you brought the food for her.”
“It’s no trouble, Mrs. Wright,” Raleigh politely replied with a smile.
While I was eating, my parents discreetly pulled Raleigh aside.
“Raleigh, Stella had an accident recently and mistook you for Justin. She’s caused you trouble, but you don’t need to bother with her. We’ll handle it,” my mom whispered softly.
“It’s no trouble,” Raleigh replied without hesitation.
However, Raleigh didn’t stay long. He received a call and went back to the office.
The following day, the picture of Raleigh and me went viral on social media, grabbing Justin’s attention.
Just as Justin woke up in his hotel room, reminiscing about the passionate kiss with Jasmine last night, a hint of regret crept in for not fully capturing her heart. Yet, he couldn’t overlook Jasmine’s innocence and allure.
Upon closer comparison, Jasmine was thousands of times better than Stella, both in purity and kindness.
As Justin was contemplating, his phone started vibrating like crazy.
He picked it up and saw a flood of messages urging him to check his social media. He opened the app and his eyes widened in disbelief.

With a loud bang, he threw his phone, clenched his fists, and punched the wall, cursing, ” Damn it! Stella, that slut!”
He was so angry that he was about to lose control.
However, once his anger faded away, he began to feel a sense of panic and unease, which gradually enveloped his entire body by the time he arrived at the Wright family’s residence.
Stella wasn’t just kind to him; she had treated him exceptionally well.
He was certain of it.
Stella must love him.
Back in university, when Justin got into a fight after drinking, outnumbered and overwhelmed. Stella intervened to save him, taking a blow meant for him.
It was a heavy blow, breaking one of Stella’s ribs, and she ended up hospitalized for a long time.
However, now she had kissed Raleigh, which could only mean she might truly have amnesia and had forgotten about him.
He felt inexplicably uneasy.
The feeling of unease vanished when Raleigh showed up. He observed the four of them having a good time and hurried out to confront them, blocking their way.
“Stella!” Justin shouted.
I looked up at him with a hint of surprise. The lipstick mark on Justin’s shirt collar was strikingly vibrant and beautiful, a shade only young girls would wear.
He came straight for us, grabbed Raleigh by the collar, and snarled, “Do you have no shame? Stella is my girlfriend. Why are you trying to impress her? Get lost!”
Seeing the tension between them, I stepped forward and pushed Justin away.
“Don’t touch him!”
I stood in front of Raleigh, glaring fiercely at Justin.
Justin hesitated for a moment.
The look in my eyes was reminiscent of the protective gaze I had towards him back in university, only this time, I was protecting Raleigh.
“Stella, I’m your boyfriend! You’re really driving me crazy, Stella!” Justin exclaimed, his eyes red, filled with deep affection.
