The situation was far worse than anyone imagined.
Not only were those fans still in custody, but now, their parents had stormed into Whitney’s studio. Even Venechi wasn’t spared.
A full day had passed since Whitney and Ryan were taken in, and they still weren’t released.
Rosalie was getting anxious, especially seeing the flood of negative news everywhere. Various outrageous stories were circulating.

After reading the headlines on her phone, Rosalie was so angry that she threw it aside and cursed, “Nonsente! Absolute nonsense! Whitney would never do such a thing. Aurora is so malicious, blaming everything on Whitney What’s with our PR team? Are they all useless? Why can’t they handle even this small matterand suppress the stories?
Jenny looked grim. She had seen Whitney, and, of course, Whitney denied everything.
However, Jenny had looked into it. Back at Astrait University, the conflict actually started because of Linna’s arrogance, which prompted Aurora to step in and accidentally hurt Whitney
At the time, Jenny had asked Whitney for details, but Whitney had been vague, only mentioning a conflict where Aurora injured her.
The injury wasn’t severe enough to require hospitalization, Jenny had advised Whitney to keep it quiet and not to blow it up, especially since the crew was currently shooting at Astrait University.
But Whitney didn’t listen. Not only did she take leave and get admitted to the hospital, but she even flaunted her hospital stay and injuries to her fans, letting them speculate wildly about Aurora.
Aurora wasn’t just some random professor. Jenny found out that she was a specially appointed professor at Astralt University.
She used to be the young lady of the Klein family. Even though it turned out that she was swapped at birth, she still received an excellent education and possessed a refined temperament. She was definitely not inferior to Whitney.
In contrast, Whitney, even after reclaiming her status as the young lady of the Klein family, always seemed insecure and petty. She otten compared herself to others, which really worried Jenny.
“Mrs. Klein Senior, things are unclear right now, so we shouldn’t act rashly. Let’s focus on getting Whitney and Mr. Klein out first,” Jenny said anously.
“The police won’t let us see them. I find it strange. How can a routine inquiry take so long? The lawyer says it’s tricky as well. What on earth is going on? This attemoon, a whole group of people came to the company to check accounts. What’s all this about?” Rosalie complained.
Jenny’s brows furrowed deeper. She glanced at the time on her watch, saying, “Mrs Klein Senior, please don’t get Impatient. Don’t respond to those online comments. We need to rescue them first. Ask the PR team to calm the families of those fans.
“Remember, don’t shoulder all the blame yourselves. Make sure those families understand that you’re also victims. Otherwise, you’ll get swept up in the storm. Mr. Sander is already at the police station. I need to go there now.”
After giving a few instructions, Jenny left.
