“Hi little prince“I whisper to the little angel in my arms. Mama has cleaned him and I.We are now in my main bedroom, he is wrapped in a soft yellow cotton blanket.
His stares at me with the most beautiful pair of green eyes have ever seen. He has his father’s eyes and a sprinkle of my brown ones, he also has his blond hair,my button nose but his dad’s lips. I feel like Zander did all the work and I only contributed.
“You are so handsome my baby, I love you so much. I am your mommy” I whisper to him and he pokes his tongue
out at me.
I chuckle a little, he is so handsome.
“How is the baby and mommy doing?“the doctor we called enters with my mom, Marcus and Zander.
“We are fine” I smile, still staring at my little world.
“Well I have left some prescription with your husband and I need to do a check up on him next week. Congratulations once again, I’ll see you soon” he says and Marcus escorts him outside, probably to pay him.
“Have you breastfed him?” Mom asks
“No mama” I say,
“Okay time to breast feed” mom says and sits on the bed while Zander sits in the chair looking at his son with so much admiration.
Mom helps me adjust him on hands and he immediately latches on the nipple and begins sucking.
“Someone was hungry’I chuckle, so does mum and Zander.
“What are you going to name him?” Mom asks and I look at Zander.
We did discuss baby names and we chose one Incase it was a boy or girl.
For a girl we chose – Winter Elora.
And for a boy we chose, “Louis Autumn McLean” I say and I hear Zander sigh in relief.
Did he think I’ll change the name?
We are not together but that doesn’t mean I’ll do something without his knowledge.
“Do you want to hold him?” I ask and he nods eagerly.
I smile and mom helps him with the proper position of him
He is now asleep.
“Look at you. Daddy loves you so much baby. I’ll protect you with everything I have, I will not let anything happen to you. You are my bravest hero” he whispers to him.
I know Zander must be sad about Rare but I hope, Louis fills that sadness with joy and laughter.
I am content with everything now.

“Yes mummy” he giggles happily

and mummy live together again. I want to live with both my mommy and daddy, just like my other friends“he says and I can hear the sadness in his voice.
“I wish that too son“Zander says and I glare at him.
For the past three years, he hasn’t stop asking for a third chance with me. He has been trying to woo me with affection and gifts but I still not budging
He has been a great father to Louis but that doesn’t mean he’ll be a great husband again. Sometimes I am just waiting for him to mess up so I can take my son away from him forever.
But my therapist says, negative thoughts brings out negative energy.

1 may have forgiven him because of our son but I don’t want us to be a thing again. I like the co parenting thing

We have arranged for me to move back once Louis is 6 years old to begin training.

“Thank you Jen” I say, he is getting married in a week’s time and I am doing all the preparation. I even designed the Bride’s dress as a gift to them.

She is here with Kenna, her older brother and father.
