Chapter 10
Later, Yvonne really did go insane, shouting that she was Helen. As she told me this, the robot mimicked Yvonne perfectly, dancing and gesturing with great detail.
Now, these people were just passersby in my life. I smiled quietly and put my glasses back on to continue reading my paper.
Rather than focusing on those events, I was more interested in Helen’s progress. I repeatedly examined the backend data, trying to uncover more. Unfortunately, Helen seemed to be a unique case. The laboratory had not been able to replicate her success.
I couldn’t figure out what parameter had triggered this change, but Helen had become obsessed with gossip. She was like a bird set free, even entering the entertainment industry to become a celebrity, all just to gather more gossip.

Chapter 10
One day, Helen, the robot, mysteriously
asked me, “Jamie, do you know how Nick is doing now?”
I looked up from my draft paper and shook my head in confusion.
Although Nick had made threats about finding me, I had changed my personal information. No matter how wealthy he was, he couldn’t track me down. He
couldn’t even figure out which country I was in.
Helen grinned smugly, “This scumbag must really regret it. He’s been looking for you for a year and still hasn’t found you. His company stopped caring and now he just drinks all day.”
“Later, the other shareholders got fed up with his laziness and kicked him out. He’s tried to start over, but every venture fails. Now he’s deep in debt.”
She concluded, almost gleefully, “The ancients were right, ‘A man who wrongs his
