Chapter 100 Way Too Domineering
Damian left with Rachel, while the security guards escorted the creepy man away in restraints, and called
for an ambulance.
Owen had already called the police too.
Just then, Yvette suddenly gasped and pointed at Whitney’s ankle. “Your foot is bleeding!”
Whitney looked down and noticed a bloodstain on her light–colored pant leg. It must have happened
when she jumped off the terrace and scraped her ank/*
They had moved her to a new room, and there was a first aid kit by the TV cabinet. She was about to grab it when Noel and Yvette both moved to grab it.
But Thomas pulled Yvette back. “Do you even know how to disinfect a wound? Don’t make things worse,”
he said, pulling her toward the door,
“How am I making it worse? Let go of me, Thomas!” Yvette’s voice faded as she was pulled away.
The door remained open, a cool breeze slipped in, making Whitney shiver and sneeze. When Noel
returned, he shut the door behind him.
“Hey, you…” Whitney wanted to say people might get the wrong idea about them being alone together but ultimately said nothing.
Noel sat in front of her, opening the first aid kit. He pulled out iodine, ointment, and bandages. “Take off your shoes and socks.”
Whitney complied, then reached out to take the supplies from him. “I can do it myself.”
Noel raised them just out of her reach. His tone left no room for debate as he said, “Sit still.”
Seeing his determined look, Whitney didn’t argue further and sat down quietly.
Noel gently avoided the injured area as he held her ankle, resting her foot on his knee and carefully tending to her wound. His touch was gentle and his focus was intent.
Whitney’s cheeks grew warm as her foot twitched involuntarily.
“Stop moving.” Noel’s voice was low as he continued applying the ointment with soft, precise movements.
Whitney’s heart began to race, her breaths quickening to the point that she felt she might forget how to breathe altogether.
After he had finished, Noel wrapped her ankle in a bandage. “Keep it dry for the next few days.”
“Okay.” Whitney’s voice was slightly hoarse.
He looked up at her. “Why are you blushing?”
Whitney felt embarrassed and touched her cheeks. “Blushing? No, it’s probably just warm here.”

Noel didn’t press further.
She quickly changed the topic and said, “You’re pretty skilled at this.”
He did more than just handle minor injuries. During his year abroad, he had encountered dangerous situations and learned to tend to his own wounds when he couldn’t go to a hospital. This was nothing to
him.
As he packed away the supplies, he remarked, “Your survival skills are severely lacking.”
Whitney huffed and said, “That’s what hospitals, clinics, and family doctors are for. I don’t need to handle things myself.”
Though she didn’t know the true purpose of her upbringing by her father, it was clear she had been raised in comfort and hadn’t experienced Noel’s rougher life.
Whitney wanted to get some water, but as she stepped, she stumbled and fell forward. Instead of hitting the cold floor, she found herself pressed against the warmth of his chest. Noel had caught her, his lips brushed against her forehead by accident. His hand rested on her slim waist, holding her close.
Whitney could hear his breathing grow slightly quicker in those few moments.
She raised her hand to push him away, but he held her firmly, her effort barely moving him.
“Let me go…” she murmured, staring at his chest.
“What was that? I didn’t catch it,” Noel said, his voice laced with amusement.
Hearing the teasing tone, Whitney raised her head. “I said…”
He silenced her with a hot, intense kiss that swallowed her words.
Whitney panicked and tried to push him away, but he cupped the back of her head, holding her firmly in place, giving her no chance to pull away.
As the last bit of air slipped away, Whitney felt like she might faint–Finally, Noel released her, allowing her to gasp for breath as he asked in a husky voice, “Now, what were you saying? I didn’t quite catch it.”
I said, let…” Another dominating kiss silenced her. Just as she felt herself beginning to lose air again, he pulled away.
“So, what was it you wanted to say??
Whitney looked at him with misty/eyes, taking in his perfectly sculpted features, his dark lashes casting. shadows as he gazed at her. She realized what he was doing and, her cheeks puffed in protest, muttered, ” I didn’t say anything.”
He was so domineering. Way too domineering.
Noel chuckled at her flushed, pouty expression, her rosy lips tempting him to lean in for another kiss. He hesitated, wondering if he should go further, when there was a sudden knock on the door.
Noel let her go, and Whitney, grateful for the interruption, dashed over to open the door.

Two police officers stood outside. One of them spoke, “Ms. Spencer, we’re here to take your statement. Could you please recount what happened?”
Rachel followed Damian back to the villa, still clinging to his arm, her expression one of lingering fear.
“Uncle Damian, I was so terrified. If you hadn’t shown up, I don’t know what I would’ve done.”
A hint of dissatisfaction crept into her voice as she added, “But calling the police wasn’t necessary. They could’ve just detained that man instead…”
Before she could finish speaking, Damian’s hand shot out, and he gripped her neck tightly.
